  UNHEALTHY DIET. Because of eating animal fats, this will go to the different parts of the body.  Processed foods with high salt content can cause water retention in the face causing it to bloat. Sugar is thought to cause as well water retention.

   STRESS. An example of stress is lack of sleep. This can cause the body’s system to not function well, which produces hormone that determines blood and sugar storage that is why there is weight gain and fat in the face.

  ALLERGY.  This will cause your face to be bloated for a few days. 

  SMOKING. Decreases your body’s supply of vitamin C. Without vitamin C your body won’t be able to manufacture elastin, leading to a sagging face.

  ALCOHOL INTAKE. Weight gain and fat accumulation in the face is caused by failure of the liver to metabolize fats.

It has not fats so it can cause weight loss, and the calories from these foods are less than what the body needs.

  Choose foods rich in fiber, as it can help your entire body more lean by flushing out unwanted toxins and fats from the body. Refined sugar and excessive consumption of carbohydrates should be avoided. We all know that we use carbohydrates for energy but use it in moderate amount. Don’t load your body in “carbo” examples are rice, pasta and pizza. Water retention in the face is caused by refined sugar and too much sodium. 

   Include in your diet vegetables, whole grain and lean meat, eat 5-6 small frequent meals.   Drink non-fat milk every day. It will help you lose fat in your body including your face.

  BURN THE FAT

  To facilitate the new healthy diet, do some exercise to facilitate sweating. Practice exercising daily to burn the fat in your entire body. When you'll do a regular exercise you're making your body leaner and slowly lose fat in your face. You can do some aerobic exercises like jogging, dancing, brisk walking or even swimming.  

   If you want to go to the gym, you can. You will be given programs that pay attention to your face and neck together with other resistance training. Remember a regular exercise must need to be a part of your lifestyle in order to maintain a healthy weight. People will suddenly notice the weight loss that you have been experiencing because of your facial appearance. Proper diet and regular exercise is important to bun the overall body fat. You could take 30-45 minutes of your time and take 2 days rest.

   To improve the facial muscle and to lessen the fat in the cheek, do some facial exercises. Start from your mouth closed.  You should puff the right cheek and hold it for 5-7 seconds, then relax the facial muscles. For each side of your cheek, repeat the procedure 4 times. To help your lower facial muscles and chin to exercise, open your moth wide and lower your jaw move up and down in a circular motions.

  Exercise can promote good blood circulation which will give a natural blush on in your cheeks.

   Self discipline is a big help and make a schedule and a list of everyday plans so that you could be reminded.  Regular exercise should be provided. Throw those liquor and pack of smokes and do balanced diet.  If you want to lose fat from face, it will be easy on you.
